My main spring project will be mulch: the question is 100, 200, or 300 bags? I can only carry about 12 bags in the Integra, so I pay for delivery and want to maximize the value for the trip.

Um, my home improvement project is to empty the cardboard boxes I still have in my office. I'm kinda slow. I picked up my book shelf yesterday so I got my first book box emptied today. I cut down some tall a$$ weeds today and not only can I see my view again, but I can feel it in my right hip, now. I still need to find a coffee table or ottoman, for my den and a rug, to go with the 90* corner couch that came with the house. I'm getting there.

Now if I was to really do some home improvement the first thing needed is in the way of screen doors, on the door to the garage and the laundry room door to the outside. This house could use some new windows too. Oh, and I'd love to have a green house window over the sink instead of the one, right behind it, now.

Not really an improvement per se, but I've just gotten 3 estimates for repair of wind damage to our clay tile [=brittle ] roof. The same early March windstorm blew off our chimney cap and a section of the Gutter Helmet

Best project, EVA!

I inadvertently worked on my tan yesterday. Left work early, came home and decided to go for walk. I showed a little skin (just a V neck shirt), time to put away the turtlenecks, and darn if I didn't end up with a tiny sunburn from my 55 minute walk.

I was quite surprised! Time to break out the sunscreen.

I think I will have a permanent "farmers tan" after my early ignorance with sunshine and no roof though

Jerry if I have a free weekend I will put you on my calendar I'm working hard to fill them all with something fun at this point. I have May 31 free and then June 28.

We just had our master bath gutted to the studs and rebuilt. Next projects are to powerwash and stain our deck and fence, replace the tile in the basement and build a bar.

I need to put in a new kitchen floor, and redo our family room.
It has built-in bookcases that are coming out and a carpet that has been ruined by the kitty that is also coming out. I just have to figure out what will replace the carpet, as the room has had water damage a couple of times after big storms.
Once it's done, I'll have it configured nicely as our A/V room, and hopefully the kitty will stick to using her litter box.
