Default Hooked on Cell Phones?

When you see this, you wonder if this will start a trend. After all, she has been very successful so far.

If she was blond, I would guess it's her boyfriend on the other end telling her what the next holdup step is.

Careful, there may be some brawney blonds in here that would take exception.

I read an article about phoney's, people who fake phone calls for various reasons. Like seeing that person you don't want to talk to, fake a call before they can corner you. Lots of people admitted to faking calls in public, just to appear 'interesting.' Bank robbing wasn't mentioned.

It will be interesting to see if she was talking to anyone if they catch her.

The thing that amazes me is the 'text message' concept:

Young people sitting for hours sending back and forth chatter about........what? ttyl fwiw imho iirc ETC Typing out this on keys the size of a pinhead....straining their eyes to read the reply ???????????

OK, some of us use this shorthand in our messages here on s2ki, but it's not the entire MESSAGE.

Can someone please explain the fascination

I've seen kids do it at school, during class. As long as they aren't talking on the phone they can sometimes get away with text messaging.
