^ Yes, I think he did it, too. But as the jury said, they found him "not guilty", not "innocent". Those two hitmen witnesses against him just had lousy credibility.

With the Schiavo case in Florida, what is wrong with that husband who insists on withdrawing feeding tube from her. I mean he is living with someone else and fathered children. For what reason is he so adamantly against keeping her alive. I don't think he has lived too many years with her. Her parents on the other hand have not only reared her but is more than willing to take care of her. I think the parents in this case have more at stake with their daughter. The husband should step away and allow the poor woman to be cared for by those who truly love her. It is unbelievable what Terry Schiavo is going through though she is not able to express what she thinks about all this. If truly what is best for Terry Schiavo is of utmost concern, the husband should be able to sit down with her parents and have a heart to heart talk.

Would you truly want yourself or your loved ones to have that kind of life. No quality at all.

I have told my family members NEVER to do that to me. She truly may have told her husband the same and he is right to continue the fight to carry on her wishes.

This case has been going on for over 10 years. Apparently the husband came up with "Terry told me she didn't want to live this way" defense about five years ago.

I've also heard that that she's never had an MRI to determine the extent of her injuries, or that her husband (a registered nurse) didn't resuscitate her when he supposedly found her unconscious.

It's very sad, and it sounds very fishy to me.

There is a similar issue concerning critically ill, suffering newborns. Read this and see what you think.
