How about a controversial thread?
Dean,
Clearly you have some inferior schooling. Bees are the thingys with four wings, and birds are the things that crap on your car.
I never said that Rolling Stone couldn't turn down a $1 million dollar ad--but it won't stop me from thinking it's a sad social commentary, and that Jan Wenner is a piece of sh*t.

Even if they're a "private, commercial enterprise?"
Not only would I allow the Bible ad, but I'd accept the Krishnas, The Mormons, and the Church of Marilyn Manson. Does that make me more liberal than you?

Wow, ya'll have really be slinging it whilst I've been away
Far to much to comment on (as if any of you really want to hear my opinion).
I always wanted my children to be in public schools. I went to them (I can't add but I can spell). Always thought kids need to go to public school to learn to live in the real world. Well, all that went out the window when I started substitute teaching. I don't see how any of the teachers do it. They have no control of the kids in the classrooms. You can't punish them, send them out or make them behave. It's maddening. I don't see how any kids learn anything with the majority of the class time taken up by trying to keep some idiot kids in line. I took my son out and put him in private school. It really took some doing to come up with the tuition, but it was well worth it. I am afraid for the kids who cannot get out and are stuck there to wade through the crap. I fear that the majority of public schools are the same. This world is going to hell in a handbasket.
W. W. he's our man, if he can't do it, nobody can! Goooooo Republicans!!
