It's pretty darn hot here today. 97 here right now, with a "feels like" temp of 109. I just walked through the shop, it's like a sauna in there. Not sure how the guys deal with that.

Early dismissal would be a good thing today.

So how hot is it where you are?

Close to 100 here and feels it. A lot of people came up here early for the weekend thinking it would be cooler in the mountains unfortunately its not the case.

They were thinking it would be warmer in the mountains or cooler in the mountains? I don't think anyone is looking for heat.

I'm not sure of the exact temperature here. It's far too hot and humid to do yard work, but I'm doing it anyway. Trying to get everything done before lobstah and steamah time next week, assuming I survive today.

I'm going to lunch shortly. Before I go, I will use the auto start to cool down the car, I've never used the auto start except in winter.

Sorry Lainey, but it's really nice here. The low was 58F last night and it's currently 72F.

It is cooler than normal. Thank you all for sucking up the country's heat.

You're welcome, I guess.

We're at 100 now. Feels like 111. This is very unusual in our area.
