They won't use BAT. They will use Kelly Blue Book. Go to their site and fill in your info. They have made it near impossible for an outsider to get the number. It used to be easy but no more; I tried.

Well from my current experience I would NOT recommend Hagerty! Tomorrow will be six weeks since I wrecked my S and they still haven’t figured out what they want to do. This is some of the most piss poor customer service I have ever encountered. I have had claims with other insurance companies including one car that was totaled and none of them took this long. The least Hagerty could do is communicate with me and they don’t do that. Every time I call them the adjuster comes up with another excuse. If I ever get another car to replace my S I sure as hell won’t give Hagerty a penny. :stepoffmysoapbox:

Not a bad idea to link to this thread. I’ve been touring with the idea of switching to Hagerty as well but this thread is definitely giving me pause

I just got a call back and there are still waiting for the estimate from the field adjuster. Something they said last week!

Sounds like someone should light a fire under the field adjuster...

Scooots have you tried contacting this person? Appears to be a direct phone number.
