Default I injured my ribs!

I slipped on some water on our kitchen floor Sunday night, fell, and injured my ribs (left side). I saw my chiropractor yesterday and had x-rays taken. Nothing broken, but I'm in a lot of pain. I'm icing. Our trip to Solvang with 100 Corvettes this Saturday is out.

Ouch! Hope you have a fast recovery.

I've got a friend who leaned against a poorly built deck rail and fell 6' onto his hip and broke it last week. He is still in the hospital and has been told he can't drive or work for at least 3 months. He is self employed and summer is his busy season.

My chiropractor taped up my ribs. It hurts so much I want to throw up.

Having had busted ribs in a auto accident - believe me I know the feeling. Heal soon.

stay away from any form of comedy.
figure 6-8 weeks to get healed, ribs suck.
personally you can do what you want but I'd stay far away from the chiropractor too.

Hope you recover soon. Bruised some ribs in a cycling accident. They hurt more than the broken pelvis and left hand I got as a result. I feel your pain.
