Scale inched down a tad. It was a good day yesterday in the consuming less department. Not much in the line of snacking. I did have a very small bowl of cereal later last night. I had an early dinner, worked hard at helping my sister get one of my chairs ready for new upholstery and felt like I needed something to eat when I got home.

Weekend is here. This could be tough. We are attending a football watching party Saturday night....snacking is hard to avoid.

Dropped 3.5 Lbs. Holiday glut coming off. 10 more lbs is my goal by the time I get back from Fla. in April.

Took my longest 'quick pace walk' in many many months today. Great time for it. 28° and no snow on the roads.

Getting a power meter installed on my bike next week. Now I have an integrated HR monitor and power meter which should help me train more efficiently. That equates to more weight loss and a better fitness level.

I don't need a power meter to measure zero or near zero.
I just want to be able to get back on it.

Which system Ray?

It's 4PM. Every day around 4PM I get hungry and I never know what to eat. I know dinner is generally around 6PM. By then I'm too hungry and over eat. I need some suggestions on what to piece on?

I can hold off until 5 as that is when Happy Hour starts. A G & T with diet tonic and some munchies. Dinner around 6:30.
