After all of graduations, work travel and crappy weather we finally got back to doing the walk after a two week hiatus.
3.7 in the books.

Good for you. I just got back from drinking/eating for 7 straight days. Been no where near scales.

I'm down about 3 pounds...was down a bit more, then a few indulgences over the weekend caught up with me. We are on vacation in two weeks. I see some lobster rolls and french fries in my future. I'd best try to kick off a couple more before we leave........

Climbed on it this AM and was very surprised to see I didn't gain anything. Hard to believe because it seemed like we ate our way through FL.

I'm back down to 159.9. This wasn't easy as I had two weeks of food-and-drink-intensive travel. I hope I can reach my fist goal this week but I have more travel coming up.

I'm delighted in my overall improvement in health from two years ago when I couldn't walk a hundred yards without resting.
With that said, it sure is a lot harder to stay in shape than it was twenty years ago.
I think I only get 1% back in conditioning improvement instead of 50% from back then.
It's barely breaking even.
My weight is continuing to crawl down, inexorably slowly, but still moving in the right direction.
While my weight swings ~5 lbs in a day, I'm seeing the mean move towards the under 250 mark.
I still have one of these to go

That's good Jerry. It can be very slow. It's all about sticking with it. Do you lift weights at all?
