Default I'm going to the NorEaster.

This looks like it's going to be a great event. Something for everyone. Not only that, but the timing is just right. Just when we need a meet.

Anyway, Liz and I are probably going to head up at around 10:30 on Friday morning. We live 170 miles from the hotel and the drive along New Englands "lovely" roads should take about 3 hours (3 1/2 hours with a lunch break). We will probably try to avoid I95 and take the Tappan Zee Bridge instead. If any of you south of us would like to join us for the drive up, that would be fine. As a matter of fact, we'd love to meet here, at my house for breakfast and leave from here.

If you are interested, please post here and I'll keep a list. Our "party before the party, drive before the drive" is open to Vints and preVints. Everyone is welcome to join.

I'd be into it Rob, but not being a pure Vintage event, I'm not sure if I could attend.

It is perfect timing in the year for an event though.

If we're able to attend Martha and I will be flying, and we'll already be in Mystic long before any of you get there. Otherwise, I would take you up on your offer.

That sounds great. We'd love for you to join us on the drive, but anyway you get there is fine. We hope to see both of you there.

Great idea Rob. I'd be in the caravan in a minute, but I'm running the meet!

Phil,

We'll have some "S" less people attending this event. You are more than welcome.

We'll find a space for you to park your beater.

I'd love to join you lil brother but I'll probably make it a mini vacation and go up earlier. We'll see how things go.

And lil' Tupp, don't even try it. You know you're the "bestest" (and most loyal) prevint we have and are always welcome.

Rob, not sure at this time if we are going to this meet (we really do want to come), but if we do make it we would love to caravan with you.
Maybe we could meet up with Phil and caravan to your place?
Do you remember how long it took you to get to Ohio?

I'll link to this thread as part of one of my "compendium" threads that we'll pin.

If any other caravan / planning threads come up, just give a holler and I'll add them.
