Default Inner Peace

It's the Holiday season, and I's like to pass on to you one of the secrets to inner peace. It works for me and I think I have found inner peace.

It began when I read an article that said the way to achieve inner peace is to finish things that I started.

Today I finished two bags of potato chips, a cherry pie, a bottle of wine, and a small box of chocolate candy. I feel better already.

Pass this along to those who need Inner Peace.

MMMMM

Thanks.
I think I'll try to find that barbecue sandwich and 6 pack of Miller light I lost last year.

Today I will find inner peace in Hershey's kisses while making cookies. Life is good.

I dunno flts.

Ever since I stopped smoking I've become very good at finishing off bags of chocolate chip cookies and most any other goodies that Liz brings home. Unfortunately my new found inner peace has been accompanied by outter gain.

Thinking about it, I'd probably be better off with a little less inner peace and a lot less of the weight that came along with it.

Right now, mine is a banana cake I fixed this morning. I do it alot with whatever ripe fruit is around. Throw in the fruit, some Bisquick, cinnamon sugar and add enough water to mix. Bake for 30 minutes or so at 350 degrees. Yum!

I've found that a half-dozen jumbo stone crab claws washed down with a bottle of good, crisp French chardonnay combine to make a pretty effective inner-peace catalyst.

Especially the chardonnay part. HPH

Unfortunately for me, that would only serve to make me unhappier do to the weight gain.
