iPhoto Question
In iPhoto, I can't figure out how to make a photo smaller without cropping it. In the other software I've used for PC, you just used the cursor to change the size of the "box" surrounding the photo. There isn't such a thing on iPhoto, or if there is I can't find it. I don't want to crop -- I just want to reduce the size.

Martha I always Export my photos when I want them different sizes which allows you to set a height/width when you export.
Select the photo (double click) then goto Share menu and choose Export.
You should see option for Scale Images No Larger than... and you can enter a width or height.

Microsoft has a great tool for quick image sizing. It allows you to right click on an image and choose a size. Scroll down the page on the following link and look for the image resizer.

I use Photoshop for things like reducing resolution to decrease file size.
