Default Jerky and meat sticks

I just enjoyed a Hunter's Reserve venison and pork meat stick. The best jerky is what I buy at the fishing shows from the vendors that make it themselves in different flavors. I'm talking about real jerky here. Irregularly shaped strips of meat, not formed sticks. The vendors present it in stainless steel tubs and wrap it for you like meat at a butcher shop. But some of the store bought stuff in plastic bags is pretty good. So what's your favorite jerky and/or meat stick?

I never buy super market jerky; just from local shops. We have one local butcher shop that beats all. It was built around 1930 and is famous for their 35 varieties of homemade fresh and smoked kielbasa and sausage. Using fresh meat and real hickory wood for smoking in making his kielbasa is a store tradition. They sell Hunter sausage (ex.,original cheddar cheese & jalapeno pepper; sausage with pineapple; etc. as well as old style). It makes me hungry just typing this.
