Thanks Matrix. My wife gets the credit for these type of shots.
She's taken quite a few cool pictures. But yes she just holds the camera outside the car.
let me know this happens. I will have to bring my dad along so I can meet age criteria (or at least add my wife's age to my own )
down in louisiana, there are a couple of neat, winding roads through the bayous and swamps of cajun country. Just bring the z-6 to remove the bugs...... and come in late march early may, when it is only warm and wet
Mom did a this Summer from WA down through Oregon and into Cali I drove 3179.9 Miles and it was AWESOME!!!!! I met sooooooo many S2KI members that I had become friends with through the Board and some I didn't even know! I had the pleasure of going on a down in LA with the SoCal group I hooked up accidentaly with a Bay Area Bike club on my way down the coast and that was tooo fun! I enjoyed every minute of my Tour and I am planning on doing yet another one down to Las Vegas next month to hook up yet again with some S2KI Buds!
This car is the best for ing Love the View!!!!! If you have not yet taken yours out on a road trip I HIGHLY recomend it!!!!
After I met Gina (VTEC MOM) on her trip, I came down with the touring bug too. I drove 2,734 miles between August 1st and 7th, going from Acton to Flagstaff, the Grand Canyon and Petrified Forest National Park, in Arizona, Durango, Colorado Springs, Arches National Park in Utah, and home through Vegas. Colorado was gorgeous and I may move there if California continues to go down the drain.
Great photos Patty!!! My wife and I took my mother-in-law for three weeks late July/early August on an upper-plains road trip to Badlands, Mt Rushmore, Yellowstone, Glacier, etc. We stayed on secondary roads nearly the entire trip, put on 4500 miles and had an absolute blast. The only downer was we reeeeally wished we were in the S, but Mom didn't want to ride in the trunk.
We're definitely doing that trip again in the S.
We didn't make it down to Colorado, but Wyoming and Montana captured our heart; if the opportunity arose we'd move there in a flash.
