I know you gave him the best treatment possible, that is amazing. Bless you for giving him the love and care that you did, I am sure that he felt very comforted by your presence after he was injured. He was very fortunate to have you.

Thank you so much, for your comforting posts, everyone. I don't even know some of your names. I sure took this post off topic.

I had an excellent weather day to ride my ElliptiGO and wanted to do 30 miles but crying and depression sure suck the life out of you. That was helped by your posts!

I posted Leo photos on Facebook, got my ElliptiGO tires aired and my tracks cleaned, and then slept. I at least took a shower and am outside, where I'm the happiest. My young cat, Atticus, is by my feet.

I think at our ages almost everyone here has lost pets so it's not at all unusual. Sympathy and kindness are always appreciated, especially by me.

I will probably do it as long as I'm able. I love being outside and need it to be happy.
Patricia,

I am VERY SORRY to learn about your loss of Leo. But, I believe that your response to a previous post is correct regarding living life and finding happiness.

Hugs & Stuff,
Matt

Patty - I know you don't watch much TV, but I like some of the vet shows. Dr Jeff on Animal Planet is good. He's in Denver and an interesting character. He works there but also travels around doing good deeds in poorer communities.
