The longest residence and auto ownership
Next month will mark the 19 the year of ownership of our home.
For my wife and I, this is the longest either of us have lived at one address in our lives.
Two years ago, we retired our ML320 with 227K and 16 years old which qualified it as the longest I've owned any single vehicle. ( years not miles)
The mileage honor went to my Mazda 626 at somewhere north of 250K but the odometer took a vacation for a year so who knows.
I'm sure others have us beat quite handily ( Dave?)
just curious ?

Current home since 1990, will be 26 yrs in June
Had a 92 Ranger till 2007, 15 yrs and about 225,000 miles.
Current longest owned vehicle goes to the 02 S, had it since new, currently a few hundred miles shy of 37000. No plans on getting rid of it.
Current highest mileage...03 Ranger...bought used in 07....about 94000 miles, thinking of getting a newer DD.
Same +1 since 1977.

We still live in the first home we bought in 1985. Just passed 31 years in February.
We had my Jeep for 12 years, and now the Honda for 12 years. We had around 92K on the Jeep when it was sold, the Honda has about 87-88K.
Same +1 since 1977, we've been "Legal" since 1984.
