Default Looking for a reco on a battery minder

Just had to get the battery out of the S2000 to charge it after a fairly short dormant period. Never had to do this before, but figure it's time to bite the bullet and buy a battery minder so Jessica will start when the weather turns warms.

Does someone have one that they can recommend?

thanks

The Deltran battery tenders are good, I recommend getting the lightweight 4 amp model which runs much cooler than the Junior models when left plugged in for extended periods. I recommend you also make a note of the purchase date, as I've had three sent back under warranty and Deltran won't deal with you if you don't have purchase date/warranty card available.

I've got a pair of the CTEK Polar MUS 4.3 tenders; one for the S2000 and one for the SL500.
The tender can be hardwired to the battery terminals with a quick disconnect.
Lot cheaper than replacing the battery.

How about this one from Costco? I see them on sale for $30 but I have never had a problem with a low battery on the S. Of course, the longest I go between starts is about a month.

I have three battery minders that very reliable and work great IMHO.

Optimate 3 - Maintains my back up sump pump battery for about 10 years now.

Optimate 4 - Maintains the marine grade 29 battery that operates my QuickJack lift since 2014

Optimate 5 - Maintains my S2000 battery over winter storage.

I've got a CEN-TECH "Deluxe Battery Maintainer & Float Charger" [Item 62813].
Got it on sale a few years ago at a Harbor Freight store.
Mine is also hard wired to the battery with a quick disconnect.

I've had a couple of these things go bad on me. I probably need to buy a couple more myself. I wonder if they are all made by the same factory and just labeled by others
