I've been using an adjustable lumbar support pillow from The Back Store for much longer than I've had the S. It's a small, self inflating rectangular pillow. You open the valve to let air in, or compress it to force air out, to adjust its firmness, shut the valve and it's good for months on end to stay in that position. If I find a link for the one I've been using, I'll be sure to post it. When you want to store it away, just open the valve and roll it up tightly and close the valve. It will stay rolled up without any other aid.

As can happen over time, the links are no longer to the specific products. The Adult size bladder takes you to an infant size bladder and the bulb link isn't working. The bulbs are available on a different page, yet I could not find the adult size blood pressure bladder.

I bought my bulbs from Amazon. I think my bladder is infant size.

Alright, alright...I’m talking about the seat bladder not MY bladder...but...

I will get both infant and adult size blood pressure cuff bladders to see how they fit and feel. The unit that I bought years ago worked fine until the tubing cracked near the bulb. Maybe I should treat my new set with 303 or something similar?
