Make sure you VOTE! And then...
My votes have been cast.
piece of cake - no waiting (and I live right in the city
)
2/3rds of voters in WA vote by mail - my wife votes by mail - but I like going to the polling place in person. I get a good feeling from voting in person.
I'm happy to say that I've had the pleasure of imbibing with WSB

Everyone insert your own joke here. I don't know where to begin.

You'd be surprised at the occasional burst of high-minded conversation that we have in there, Bill.

As usual I voted early this year. Interesting to note that in Denton County, where I live, there are just over 300K registered voters. At the end of early voting over 110K had voted.
This kind of response to the election this year is being seen all over Texas.

I voted around noon. There was one person in front of me getting directions on how to use the new Inka Vote voting machine. It did seem pretty busy in there though although I didn't have to wait. I think our Acton turnout will be high. We had to vote on 16 State Measures, 2 County Measure and 1 District Measure in addition to President & VP, US Senator and US Representative, and State Senator and State Representative. Also for Judge of the Superior Court for 5 offices (I skipped that part.)
