Default a non-car thread, including the kitchen sink

OK we have a wide collection of folks who have done kitchens over etc.
we're there now.
counters will soon be quartz. My preference would be corian but quartz is apparently more marketable so....
which leads me to my question for the forum. We are going to go undermount on the sink.
But what kind is the question? There is obviously stainless, I seen Franke, and Elkay.
who else should we be looking at?

You've seen mine - Franke stainless double sink with a smaller vegetable sink on the left.

I couldn't even tell you what brand we have. I could look. We were given an allowance from the shop/installer and unless we had some special request, got what they give us.

Franke gets my vote. We also have Silestone (quartz) countertops.

One of my frustrations with our house is the cabinets below the cooktop and the sink were 30" as well as the enclosure for the ovens.
It really limits our options. Whoever laid out the kitchen originally didn't know squat about cooking.

Our architect designed the entire enchilada and did a fine job. After 25 years, all I would do differently is make the shop larger.
The sink we have has been great. Under mount stainless (we have granite) with two large square openings, on a little deeper than the other. It is nice because you can put a giant dirty pot in there and still have room for cleaning dishes with the disposal going.
Get the biggest one you can, with close to equal sinks. IMO.

We like Blanco. They make a number of different stainless and composite sinks.

Hey, its only a sink. But even when we remodeled with granite countertops I couldn't talk the wife into an undermount sink . . . some folks hate change and I married one. That's not all bad, she keeps me around.
