MsP, I hope I get the room next door to yours. I'll be standing at the wall with a glass. Tee hee. Actually, I registered, but will make hotel reservations tomorrow. I'm kind of rushed today and on my way out, but WOOOOOOOHOOOOOO, I'm registered. You New Englanders watch out, the southern gals are coming!!!! YAHOOO.

Not a problem....I'm good at delegating work to others. In fact, I'm going to suggest that Grannyrod take care of all vintage planning for the Nor'easter

Now it's time to duck and >>

I edited my first post. Is that what you wanted to see?

I'm so

So are you officially registered?

Hilly and I are discussing this. The $$$ for registration is a lot more than we expected, and combining that with the room and other expenses could make this an expensive trip. Seeing that we will have just come home from a month long road trip to out west, finances may be tight.

I'll know more in a day or three...

Sorry about the price. This will be a little high, especially if you are used to the pricing at some of the other events held by s2ki members. W. Virginia and western PA are in a whole different price range. New England seacoast towns in the summer are quite pricey.

We wish it could be less. We spent a long time working this up and this was the best pricing we could manage at a good location and hotel. By comparison to other accomodations, this is a bargain. Also, we have tried to include most meals in the deal. We suggest people think of this as a vacation rather than a meet. We hope you can make it.

So I guess that means that Deb (and Vito) will either be in Room 312 or Room 316?

P.S. This is a joke from the Buckeye Run 05. Ask Valentine if you need to know what it means.

Hey, Bill! What's the refund policy? I was planning on just registering to save myself a spot, but it's a little too soon for me to know for sure whether I'll be able to make it. The cost (not a huge issue if I knew for sure I was going) put me a little off from that plan. Is there a full refund if I cancel, say at least a month before the event? Realistically, I would probably know for sure by June sometime.
