I am speaking for myself BUT when the Nor' Easter gang discusses this matter I will recommend that we will offer full refunds if you can not make the event even though you pre-registered

We understand unforeseen things come up - and the New England Group won't penalize you if you have to miss this GREAT event..

I would also think that since we are capping the registration at 100 there should be enough people to fill the spot just in case you are unable to attend..
