Definitely not a good day for a dead battery. Hope you didn't have to wait long.

The grandkids are entertaining themselves FINALLY with the new Xbox One..... after trying off and on all day. Seems hackers got into the Xbox website and enjoyed themselves by spoiling the day for kids with new toys.

My son rescued us. He could get to us faster than a AAA truck. Thankfully, the weather was much better today than last night. Rick will likely have to jump it again in the AM and will take it to work for a new battery. It was time. It's the original in the 2008 Subaru.

We were outside my Mom's apartment after four hours of family Christmas, and I just so wanted to go home.

I'm glad it's over for another year.

The hackers need to find better things to do with their time.

LOL. I think this crew sucks up all the bad luck in the world so the rest of us can have a Merry Christmas.

Well I wasn't crazy about the cat puke, the leg cramp Rick got, or needing to buy a new car battery but hey, if we pick up some slack so our car pals can have a good holiday, we're there for you.

Here's the best part - it's over! I am starting to take down the outside decorations today.

Nothing to return to store - since I picked out and tried on the stuff before Xmas.

No lines, no mall trip, and only a few what-do-I-do-with-this-crap small gifts to deal with.

All's good for another year.
