Default Ok...

Who knows how to make cheese? (No Carmen, I didn't say who knows how to cut the cheese) Please don't send me to some snooty web site. I want family recipes that don't require that I buy a bunch of crap on line. One of you must know. I told Barbara the people on this forum know everything. Don't let me down.

(This should get everyone's mind of the politco-religious stuff)

My grandfather made a very nice Farmer's Cheese. I'll check with my uncle, who still makes it......might take a few days...

I don't think it's all that difficult or requires much in the way of equipment. I think all you need is cheesecloth (surprise, surprise...)

Great. Thanks Jonas. I always think about trying some of the simpler things that we of the "modern age" don't do anymore. I think this will be fun.

Hey Bill, how did I get assigned with the fart thing?

Anyway, I've homebrewed beer and it came out excellent. Can't help with cheese and butter though.

Are we talking about Christian cheese, liberal cheese or immigrant cheese?
