I hope they never allow football or baseball. Can you imagine a SB or World Series champ playing the best football or baseball College team in the U,S.

 

I too would love to see the Olympics limit competition to true amateurs but the devil is in the details. Problems can range from prohibition of paid coaches (see .Scipio Africanus "Sam" Mussabini) to competitors who are amateur in name only. *cough* Russia.

 

I've got a new object of infatuation.
