Tempur-Pedic neck pillow here, I love the Tempur-Pedic bed and this pillow suppprts my neck thoroughly. With any contour pillow there is an adjustment period that could take several days to a week.

I've got two Tempur-Pedic pillows that came with my California King mattress. I'll never use them. I tried.

A lot of people give up on them too soon.

Were the pillows the correct size? Within my link is a sizing chart which helps determine the proper sized pillow for individuals.
I don't know about them being the proper size. They were small. I've always thought King sized beds get king sized pillows. It seemed to me that they just wanted to get rid of small pillows.

I'd guess I need a small..send them to me Patricia.

I'll give the one I bought some time...in the meantime, I'll stock up on Advil for the morning.

Neck feels pretty good right now.

Appreciate all the suggestions.

I notice the ad in the link says pillows are not returnable.....what do you do with the ones that don't work out?

If I don't adjust I may see if I can return the one I bought. I kept all the packing and I've got it in a pillow cover and a pillow case. Will that work for the Board of Health and returns?

Have not used one. I have one pillow requirement. It must be cold during the brief period between lying down and falling asleep.

^^ I have an ISOcool pillow that stays nice and cool. It is contoured and I use it in the summertime. It is very heavy, but a nice comfy pillow.

My daughter is a side sleeper, so she bought a side sleeper pillow and LOVES it.

Better night with the new pillow. Even managed a bit of side sleeping without discomfort to the "good" shoulder. Still have a slight "crick" in the neck, but not bad and I feel more rested this AM.

I saw those "cool" pillows when I was surfing...not a bad thing either for women in my age group.
