Anyone see this film?

The music soundtrack is all 70's rock hits and is fantastic! The acting is also very, very funny. I didn't realize that Kenneth Branagh was in the movie until I read a review after seeing the film.

There was some funny, funny dialog. Plus, that annoying Brit (Rhys Darby) with the thick accent that does the HP commercials is in the film. Turns out that he is an actor from New Zealand.

Richard Curtis is the director. The last film I saw by him was "Love Actually" and I liked it enough (and the music soundtrack) that I bought the DVD.

 

This turned out to be much better that I had expected, in terms of story and characters. And, of course, the music was a bonus.

It's not one of those "deep" films, but it's worth a couple of hours. And it provides great return on the investment of that time. HPH
