PM icon

How do I go about getting a pm icon under my avatar? I don't seem to have one.

Also, someone tried to send me a pm but it didn't go through. Who do I tell about this to have it fixed?

You think? Could be. With the IRS targeting the Tea Party it could be that the CIA is looking for me.

You will not see it under your own avatar, BTW. You should see it under mine, though.
