I ordered a pair of rear S-02's from Jim at Tire Rack yesterday afternoon and they arrived on my doorstep this morning. I don't know how these guys do this, but it's not the first time it's happened. to Tire rack. Good prices and incredible service.

 

I agree, I've dealt with them a lot. Most recently had RE 960's for my Civic shipped to my Honda dealer.

Kudos to TireRack here as well, received my RE-01R's and they look great.

 

Same here - their warehouse in South Bend is a quick overnight away. Last time I ordered, it was about 19 hours from order to the tires arriving at my doorstep.

I don't drive particularly hard (unless on Rt. 26 ) but man, I just do not get good wear out of those tires. I'm lucky to get 10k out of them. I have some tread left on the current tires but I'm driving to Ohio in a week or so and was afraid I'd hit snow.

 

No worries about snow, I think. We DID have a frost warning last night, but I don't think it will get below 40 until fall now.

I got 9K out of my first set, and it's been more like 7K since then, now that I have the UK alignment. Good thing I only drive an average of 4K per season....

If you have time, we need to get together for a beer or two when you're in town.

Yup, purchased tires, rotors and brake pads. Jim is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thinking of getting new rims and tires next Spring and Tire Rack will be a strong consideration.
