You already are Dave.

It is a long recovery from this surgery and I expected that. The doc was sure to tell me as much. I see progress almost daily now that I'm out of the sling. I'm sure to do the stretches/exercises every day. Tonight I was doing some of the stretches/exercises, which were uncomfortable to do last week, tonight I noticed it was getting easier!

^Good on the "easier"! Progress is motivation.

I didn't do as I was told exactly, but I felt like I knew what I was capable of better than the one-size-fits-all approach.

I think we need to give Dean some time to catch up though.
Catch up? I was at the track today with my walker. They had a course with cones set up for me and a stop watch. I think all I was missing was a pit crew.

No, I can't get the rear end to break loose. Maybe when the prunes kick in.

Excellent! We want pics!!

Did you show up at the appropriate time? I had my appointment time for PT listed incorrectly yesterday and could only get a short session in. They are VERY punctual and don't let people with bad memories screw up their schedule.

Damn memory.

Sorry, no camera and no pics.

My appt. was for 7:15 AM. I wasn't happy about it, but thanks to Martha's prodding I made it on time.
My appointments have already been scheduled for the next month. I have to go three times a week. At least the rest of them are in the late afternoon.
