Did you like Cortez? My sister in law lives in Durango. I like the area, but I wouldn't live there.......too much snow.
Yes, I did like Cortez. I spent one night there on my way, and one night there on my way home. I was even considering about buying a summer house there. My sister lives in Falcon, outside of Colorado Springs, and thinks of Cortez as desert, but compared to where I live, it's pretty nice. Durango is too crowded for my taste. I like the sticks more.
