He was so strong both in and out of the ring. And his life after boxing revealed his humanity and his love of his fellow man. How ironic that The Greatest Fighter of All Time should be a true man of peace.

Over his lifetime in the spot light he evoked every emotion in me. In the end I really respected him for his beliefs and the fact he never really commercialized himself to make money but rather to change the world.

Prolly one of the best athletes in several generations. In his prime... leg speed of a top middleweight. Hands speed of a top lightweight. Punching power of a top heavyweight. One of the strongest hearts and desire of any athlete.

I never saw a complete Marciano fight, so hard to compare.
