Great pictures Dave. My wife was subjected to sitting on the floorboards of the Shelby on a pillow for just a few minutes at Watkins Glen during the race car parade through town. She let me know she'd never go through that again!

I've done a couple track days at Sebring, love it.
Been to about 12-15 Sebring 12Hours, totally fun.
Have you ever stayed at the Kenilworth Lodge?

What! She had to enjoy seeing those sidewalks six deep on both sides all cheering as you drive past Milken's corner into town. Got'a love a woman that supports your racing. I have to miss the Glen vintage again in 2020 due to a wedding.

Did you ever post a picture of your race car? If you did, I forgot - senior moment.

Never stayed at the Kenilworth Lodge. Always stayed in a motor home at the track. This a racing buddy from NY.

Haha! She was sitting so low she could barely see over the door sill, and was firmly braced against the roll cage trying to not hit her knees, head, etc. Fortunately it was brief and we laugh about it now. zdave87 I've never stayed at the Kenilworth either, I've stayed at the Seven Sebring Hotel when we can, otherwise we share a motorhome with another couple.

Dave here's a link to a prior sale of #1806 a couple of years ago and it has a lot of pictures. I bought this car from the estate of the prior owner that was killed in a Formula 5000 race in Canada. It's gone through a lot of updating (mainly safety wise) and a few HP tweaks to stay somewhat competitive. Otherwise exteriorly it looks the same and still bears #74 on the doors.

^ WOW, Awesome car and history. I hope to see you at one of the races in the future. My best friend in addition to owning several slow MGs restored a 1968 Mustang fastback with a kick-ass motor in it - it is concours but he's not into awards. Enjoy your upcoming Sebring event. I will never forget seeing my first vintage race event a few decades ago at RA. I thought I had died and gone to heaven.
