Happy Birthday Jerry. It was a pleasure to meet both you and Patty yesterday.
I really enjoyed meeting you, Marc, and April, too. It's a nice way to get to know someone. A car drive and then time for conversation.

Thanks to you all for your kind birthday wishes, and especially to Patty (Kyras) for her thoughtful gifts, dinner with an ocean view at Las Brisas, and the awesome cherry pie she made for me!

I truly feel blessed to have love and good health, my sons and their families, and dear friends...especially in Vintage. I don't take any of these things for granted...especially as we all try and cope with the recent and tragic loss of John (RC - Ryder) from our Community.

Life is precious, and every day (and birthday) is a gift.

Thanks,
--Jerry

Belated Happy Birthday! And you are so right about living every day to the fullest. I think John did that, so he set a good example.

Yesterday was my mom's 88th birthday. Unfortunately, she spent it at home without my dad, who is in the hospital for some tests. I think he's going home today. But it did give her some time to rest, and we celebrated both her and my dad's birthdays last weekend, when my sis and her hubby were visiting. My dad's birthday is the 29th - he'll be 94.

^^

Your parents are very fortunate to still have each other at that age, and you're blessed to be near them, Ms P.

Best wishes to all.
