This amused me. I took a pic of the second sign at the river, painted by the artist I met the other day. I emailed it to her. She thanked me and mentioned I have a really good camera. Well I have a decent camera and a good lens, and while I'm no pro, there is some thought that goes into my photos, and there's composition, etc. One of my thoughts (mean girl) was to say, "and you have a really good paintbrush."

Now I would never EVER say that, and I can't compare pressing a shutter button to someone who creates something like a painting, but little things amuse me. No offense to anyone here who picks up that paintbrush. I envy that talent!

I probably have 30 paint brushes and usually only up painting with the same three. I guess they would be the good ones.

Aren't you being nice. If there's a mean girl in there only Rick's seen it.

Come on down!

I found this video both entertaining and informative on how to paint with a 4" brush.
