^^that's why I'll never have a cat. I also wouldn't have a dog that bit or scratched me, but people put up with that from a cat all the time.
Different strokes....

Yeah. Dogs are just too much sometimes, for me. I'm very independent and have respect for that in others; humans or animals

How much are these rooms?
I can tell you, now that the Best Western is more than half the price of the Comfort Inn.

The Best Western was $78.67 including taxes and an extra $15 for Atticus.

The Comfort Inn should be $161.11;$131.11 plus $30 for a cat. Pets are allowed 20.00 USD per pet, per day, for dogs. 30.00 USD per pet, per day, for cats. Two pet maximum per room.

To answer your first question, no I did not tell the manager. I didn't want to talk to him, again. He kept me delayed when I checked in. I was third in line and then once I finally got my key, after driving about 516 miles, and it's about 7:30 PM and I've finally gotten to my room at the end of the hall, he calls me back to talk. Atticus was waiting in the car, of course. He wanted to talk some more about the cat maybe getting under the bed but not to worry because he'll help me get him out. I had told him about Leo getting under the bed in Frisco, CO and me having to tear the king bed apart alone, because no one was to be seen to help. You remember that one? I was driving my S2000 back to Colorado to stay, and got nailed with a snow storm. I had to get off the freeway and find a room as the car was barely getting any traction.

I did mention the turd and frayed bed liner on my review to the Best Western and online. The manger sent me the standard email reply. BTW, it seems he manages about four dumps in the area. I could tell by his replies to other hotel complaints, since they all had his name.

I'm proud of two of my grandson's. They were recently interviewed 4.5 minutes live on Facebook by a local organization called Saving Innocent Souls. They found a kitten in a drainage pipe and walked through the neighborhood going door-to-door to find the owner. They didn't find the owner but their mom came to the rescue. They are the two bookends. The other two are their neighborhood friends. This is just a still photo.... of the interview.

Beautiful dogs!

Looks as if the room is getting all ready for the arrival of their brother!

About how much longer will they have to patiently wait?

lol, my cat sits in that exact same position. Ours tends to clean his private parts when he is in that position. often he grabs his tail with both paws and cleans it like he is holding a cob of corn, lol
