Gene, sorry for your loss; they certainly become members of the family.

Thanks, everyone, for your kind wishes and thoughts. Mr. Jingles is now at the Rainbow Bridge, where I'm sure he's doing this:

Here he is the day we picked him up, a little over a year and a half ago:

And here he is on the bed with Bea this morning right before we took him to the vet:

These are our two girls Running Bear and Annie Oakley. They are sisters, same litter, no joke.

Please think of us as we make this sad journey.
Please accept my condolences to both of you. I know from personal experience that it is not an easy thing to do. But in the end, probably the right thing to do. Hugs to you both.

^This kitten was at my local Petsmart where I volunteer with the adoptable cats on Monday night. I don't think I've ever seen a brown cat in my life. They're calling him "Hershey".

Cute kitty.

Here's a link to some info on a specific breed of brown kitties.

Not sure that the Petsmart kitty is one of these, but brown cats are rare.

I did remember hearing of Havana Browns. I just haven't ever seen one.

That actually looks like a bear cub with a cat head on it.

It doesn't have the green eyes of a Havana Brown. They were more of a golden color.
