I needed to replace the shower head with a hose in a small shower. They are available from $25 to $500. More often than not I lean towards Kohler or Delta. Instead, I ordered a LOKBY 5” high pressure shower head with 6 settings and a 59” stainless steel hose. Only $31.47 on Amazon. The quality looks excellent. The description says 1 minute install with hand-tightened connections. Yeah, right. YEAH RIGHT! The easiest instructions to follow that I’ve ever seen on any plumbing item. The toughest part was removing the old Teflon tape. Old dental pick did the job. New tape was included but they said don’t use it unless you need it, and I didn’t. I hand tightened everything and no leaks. It may have taken me 2 minutes, cause I don’t work fast. Lol And if that isn’t enough, a lifetime warranty. Thought I’d give them a shout-out I was so impressed with everything including the price.
I have a Kohler flip shower head. and love it, it was not $31.47.
Best part of the shower heads on a hose is the ability to get a good rinse and wash on the old undercarriage.
You know get rid of the accumulated road grime.
Please report back as to if you get the water pressure you desire. After we remodeled the shower we were soooooooooooo disappointed in the water pressure. Those low flow shower heads barely allow enough water for me to get the shampoo out of my hair. Can't remember how many shower heads we bought. We finally found one where Rick could drill some holes in the inside and that resulted in more flow.

There are no restrictions in it. They come in a separate wrap if you want to use them . . 3 or 4 different styles. I can see from turning it on it is much better than our old one. See video; Donna said she wasn't making one.
I have this one. Only change I made on it was a longer flex hose to the hand held. Made by Delta. Great shower head. the restrictor is behind the wire washer you just pull it out.
We've been using this type of shower head for years. The only problem we've ever had, regardless of brand, is that the hose gives out and bursts. I don't think we've ever had one that lasted more than 4 or 5 years.
Nothing worse than a bad shower head, good to hear a positive experience Dave . Low consumption is still important to me as we have three people in our family and water isn't cheap, I do like a good balance between pressure and water savings.
Last year I put on a shower head that had no restriction on it, and without turning up the heat setting on our water heater it used up a lot of the hot water after two of us showered in sequence. I put in the restrictors after that and went with a balanced approach between consumption and proper flow and the hot water went much further that way. Our shower heads feel pretty decent despite being water conserving designs.

California has the worst restrictions in this regard. Amazon won't even ship most shower heads to California as they are illegal.
Of course I am on a well so it does not matter how much a shower head "saves" water. I loaded up on a trip to India with big brass chrome plated beasts that have nothing inside but air. It is Niagra Falls in my shower! You can rinse your hair in 2 seconds, seriously!

That's exactly what I want! I have a Speakman Anystream shower head, that can be easily modified to shoot out 4 billion cubic-feet of water per second. Or more than the overflow shafts at Hoover Dam!
Plus, the head automatically drains whatever remains in the shower system, after being turned off.
