In case you haven't seen this from Erik (cthree), in response to a question about S2Ki Marketplace. He does seem to be putting priority in the areas where most peeps have had issues for some time - the search function and membership renewal reminders:

"A replacement is coming in the 2nd or 3rd upgrade installment. First is search, second is memberships, third is the market, and so on. There are about 15 upgrade instalments in all, everything from a new design to new sections, functionality and enhancements. It takes time to get each one completed, tested and released."

 

Any dates set? Or just, in the future?

 

^ No dates posted...I think we'll just see the front end results when they happen. Dates have a way of slipping. Alot has been going on at the back end where it isn't obvious to the membership.
