My problem is I burned 'em like crazy just sitting around when I was younger. It takes an hour on the tread mill to burn what I used to fidgit in 20 minutes in front of the tv. That's why I weiged about 130 till I was almost 40 and now weigh 180.
Of course much of that is pure muscle (which we all know is heavier than fat) that I have acquired from several weeks of diligent work on the wii fit, and in my left calf during ownership of a car with a 2600 pound ACT clutch.
