As Levi and I were chewing the fat at the bar on Sat. night after dinner he opined that the drive route was so great that it was a shame we couldn't use it again. I've been thinking about that ever since and have decided that, weather permitting I will lead a group of early arrivals on a Friday drive of that route. We will probably skip the haul over to Luzerne and the cafe as it would leave us an hour or more from the hotel. The Fall Harvest drive route will be done on Saturday. So there will be two drives at the event.

We will have to plan on arriving a day earlier to take part in the Friday drive.

 

We hope to be there on the Friday, but would pass on the drive. We like to play tourist and relax a bit on the Friday.

Not a bad idea at all for those who just can't get enough seat time!

 

I believe that there is a drive -in lunch spot in Granville ( Where we did our rest stop ). It might make a good lunch venue if folks are interested. I will check it out.
