For those who may be interested, there's a thread on S2000 talk regarding a soft top liner by a german company. The site looks reputable and the pictures show a good quality liner that reportedly adds insulation (both thermal and acoustic) plus it hides some of the unsightly soft top "hardware" on our car. The thing looks well designed and fits very nice (no sagging evident).
Take a peek. I think it's a worthwile investment ($300 plus) if you plan on keeping your S for the long haul.
