Q to Deb: Did you intentionally exclude this area as one of the choices? Levi [NNY s2k] had agreed to do some local planning and it would be a fine spot for one of the later dates Maybe you intended it to be included in the broad region "Upstate NY", but it's probably 100 miles to the ENE (and much closer to the New England crowd)

I'll wait for your reply before I vote.....

Bump...I'm leaving this one out here for awhile, but get your votes in! I want peeps to be able to firm up their plans before too long, so look to mid-September for a firm decision.

I don't have a problem with any of the weekends. Andy says we should all go to Tahiti though. Since we won't have an S2000, why not make it that way for everyone? An S-less S2000 meet.

I don't know the areas mentioned but my preference is one with a water feature (ocean or lake) with a larger airport less than 70 miles away, if that's any help.

I talked wth +1, who really has the final say so on the date. She said 6/9-11 would be the first choice, with 5/12-14 as the backup. She also said that the weekend of 5/5 would also work out good. The other two choices for dates would conflict with end of term at the high school where she teaches and we would be unable to attend on those dates.

We're pretty much open for any location, but if we had our druthers, we'd druther go to either of the NY locations, or SW VA.

These seem to be the most centrally located locations:
5/12 or earlier.

I think that we are OK with most anywhere withing about an eight hour drive for a three day weekend.

Drive there on Friday.
Have the drive on Saturday
Drive home on Sunday

Just like SF04 & 05.

I would prefer late May or early June if we go up north. I.E. Watkins Glen or Lake George area.

I would be concerned about the security of our S's in AC area. Besides, we are not gamblers.

I'm with Valentine on this one. Charlottsville VA. Any date would be fine. The majority vote will win out I suppose...so anywhere the wind blows will be cool with me
