Well, knowing how badly some of the elderly drive, I was concerned. Glad it is nothing overly serious.

I've replaced and double checked everything I know of on the MG for the PA trip. Mechanically it should be ready. However, I decided today I need to rebuild the seats as we have a couple 1k+ trips planned over the next two months. And I realized it has been 20 years since I replaced the cushions, backs, etc. My back has been telling me it is time to do it again. Parts will be shipped from VA on Mon; hope to have all the items no later than late Wed. That gives me 6 days before we have to leave. Our backup would be the Honda CR-V if I hit a snag in the project; hopefully, I won't.

Dave,
Hopefully, you will not hit a snag! I am looking forward to seeing you and Donna no matter which vehicle you transport yourself to PA in. Although, I hope to see your MG (again) as I see CR-V's every day.
