The real secret is using the insulated cookie sheet. They come out just the way I like them.
The ones I brought to Lake George are my favorite. Chocolate chunk, with some nuts thrown in.

The +1 and I rushed to the start of the Marine Corps Marathon at 8:15 (we watched on a corner down the street from my place) and I couldn't figure out why no one was there yet. Then it dawned on us that we were an hour early.

My computer had the right time but the posts had the wrong time. All fixed now.
