Default Thinking about buying this.

I've wanted one of these for years, but I've never even seen one in person.

Bucket list stuff. It would be fun, plus you'd like messing with it.

That's a lot of ugly to put all in one spot.

I suspect it looks pretty good from the driver's seat while sorting its way through a nice switchback.

Do you plan to get into vintage racing? If not, I'd think twice. This really is not a practical street car. Look at the picture in the garage. It is barely above the hub caps of the MB 190 beside it. To say you'd be looking directly into everyone else's exhaust pipe is not an exaggeration. Secondly, this is a must drive before buying car - no two ways about it. I love old British cars. I love cars with curves. But this car is good for one place IMHO - the track. And if it's just going to sit in the garage. . . . you better build it first. Hope to see you on the track.
