Was that toy made of plastic and each state a different color. I had it too. I loved playing with it.
Mine was pressed cardboard.

A few years ago a young female at my office was processing an order and had NO IDEA what state Pearl Harbor was in.

I am not certain which is worse? The lack of geography skills in a global economy, or the lack of knowledge of history? For those that do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it?
When we had the Olympics in Atlanta there was an incident where someone from New Mexico was trying to order tickets and the girl taking orders refused to ship tickets out of the country. The really sad part is her supervisor backed her up on that.

GEORGIANS!!! Caution!! Remember to take your passport if you plan to travel to New Mexico. Some New Mexico cop may decide to get even and call the immigration service on you

OK. Now I'm confused. I finished in about 3/4 the alloted time, but it says I flunked. Did I get busted for lack of mouse dexterity because of those two that I had to drag over twice because I missed getting the arrow inside the lines? That was Rhode Island and Delaware.

And in answer to your poll - yes! I did pass or fail.

Good thing it wasn't a test on the Canadian provinces. I always get the different maritimes confused.

Eh. At least half of the states are not worth remembering. Every brain cell that you use to remember South Dakota coud be used to remember lines from the songs of the 60s.

Even songs of the 50s would be a better use of braincells.

Till I waltz again with you,
Let no other hold your charms,
If my dreams should all come true,
You'll be waiting for my heart.
Till I hold you once again,
Keep my love locked in your heart,
Darling once I return again,
We will never ever part.

Now isn't that better?

Me thinks Rob is a romantic under all that curly hair.
