Three DAYS and counting...damn! could anticipating Santa be more exhilarating? Come on Friday morning.

 

If I don't get a grip, I'll be heading down after work on Thursday and booking an extra night and just wait for the rest of you to get in. That's how bad I've got it.

 

We'll be driving to our cottage on Thurs late afternoon, Granny! You can drive NORTH to join us overnight (free) and then drive SOUTH with us around 9 am on Friday morning

Oh, wait....that's driving in the wrong direction

 

Well, you won't be alone. I believe Roy and Carole, and Ed and Joann will be there Thurs.

 

My update...

I'll miss all ya! I had to cancel a month or so ago because in simple terms I just did not have enough vacation days for all the track time I have scheduled for this year. I luv ya, but I luv the track more.

Now, after coming home from the track a full day early I have to say, if I had wanted to go I could not, unless I drove the Titan or the CRX-SiR. What's wrong with the S you ask? Well track time is a high risk outing, and sometimes the law of average just plain catches up to your risk management profile and you step beyond. Sometimes the laws of physics take over and the greatest car control in the world cannot fix the inevitable. Is Doug trying to say he crashed his car?

I had a rear wheel bearing go, so now while driving it sounds like someone is in the trunk trying to pull the tail out of a pig. Not the kind of thing I could deal with or trust for a long trip. Have fun everybody, I'll be there in spirit, well that is if anybody is having a beer.

Glad that's all it was. I swear I hear a noise back there sometimes, especially in reverse. Did you have any warning noises?

 

That sounds like the really bad noise I experienced before my differential went in the mountains of WV! Sorry we won't see you.

 

You can add Yoon-Hee and me to the people who might just leave Thursday for WG. Depends on getting a bunch of stuff done in time to leave early. Wash/wax the car, do laundry, pack, all those domestic chores...

 

Let me know if they have extra rooms. It would really be nice if we could get in the same rooms we'll be in on Friday. Don't get me started this morning, mister.

I've been known to leave most chores for when I get back. Surely there's a Wal-mart somewhere in the area, right?

 

Now just calm down, young lady...don't want you to have a case of the vapors...If we do go early, I'll PM you and will call you if they have extra rooms.
