I have the electronics in my car so far. The GPS, the laptop, the camera, the radar detector, iPod and iPod speakers. Still need the cell phone and charger and walkie-talkies and charger. Then comes what clothes to bring, and shoes.

I have reservations for all my nights to and from Wintergreen. That was a lot of work, just deciding where to stop each night and then where to stay. Better get to the clothes. I want to leave by 5:30 AM in the morning.

Jim, I didn't get to the chocolate chip cookies. Darn. They make a yummy snack and breakfast.

Everyone.

We are in VA right now! It's soooooooooooo pretty. Spring is in the air and things are GREEN!

Went to the BBQ in WV today and did see Matt in VA. Missed Citadel Blue/Ken +1 and canberra +1. We'll see you all soon!
Laney,

If you make it to Richmond I'd be glad to help you with historical places to go or suggestions on places to eat. Here's my cell if you need it 804-305-2969

Jim -

After you and Patty do the I-59 to I-24 to I-75 part of your drive how are you planning to get over to Fontana?

I would highly recommend taking US-64 from Cleveland TN to US-19 to US-129. This route will take you along the Ocoee River and through Nantahala Gorge. It's visually spectacular and the roads through there are perfect for the S2000.

Did you get my PM?

Thanks, Mike. Yes, I got your PM. We will give you a call from somewhere on I 59.

US-64's the route I took last time, and it is spectacular! A little slow, though, because of the tourists, so depending on the time, we could take that way across. I hate interstates, but sometimes they are necessary if the goal is arrival.
