Tiger
But again, he wasn't drunk. He was (aledgedly) impared under the influence of hiis medications. That's a whole different issue that affects a whole different segment of the population. So have him do ads about driving under the influence of pharmaceutical side effects. That's a growing and underappreciated highway safety issue.

Ahh yes, his meds. Guess that's why he was ok with a breathalyser, but refused to pee in a cup. Didn't want anyone to know what "meds" he was taking.
I can't help but think that the relationship with his father has affected him for his entire life. People who lack a normal childhood seem to get out of control in adult life. I can think of a few stars that fall under that category. I've gone through it to some degree but I have not suffered or acted up as a result of it. But I can somewhat relate as why people do it.
I'll be perfectly honest, I grew up without much of a childhood experience. When I wasn't in school I was working with my father in the family business. It was crazy long hours, 6-7 days a week, and back-breaking work. I never complained bout it, I just did what I had to do. But when some people break away from all that and finally get on their own, they have an opportunity to catch up on some party time.
One thing with Tiger is that he's had back surgeries and back issues in past years. It is quite easy to get hooked on medication and drugs , alcohol, etc. I remember my wife was prescribed Oxycontin when she has a major surgery a few years back, she took one pill and then said never again. She said that stuff was crazy, she just put up with the pain after that one experience.
Well it isn't like it would be out of the realm of possibility that he was impaired with alcohol or drugs. And quite frankly the results are the same whether it is drugs or alcohol, impairment is impairment, he doesn't get a free pass just because he swallowed pills vs. drinking a 40 pounder.
He could have killed the people that he collided with this time. In the previous accident it was a miracle that he did not collide with others given the high rate of speed he was travelling back then. I don't think anyone wants this guy driving on the same street as their family members regardless of his drug of choice. It is sad but someone will be killed sooner or later if this guy keeps winning the right to drive.
This has been going on since 2017, well before he had physical injury issues.

Refusing to pee into a cup, (to most people), means you don't want them to know what's in your system. If it was something that he was legitimately prescribed, then that alone would exonerate him of any wrong doing. His refusing looks like he's trying to hide something, like DUI of something other than his pain meds.
